Strategic Planning – National Youth Agency
We worked with National Youth Agency to support the creation of their new 5-year plan
We did this through a series of:
- Anonymous surveys to capture broad input
- 2 away days
- 1-2-1 conversations
- Co-creation of drafts
At the conclusion, when their new five year plan had been formulated, feedback included:
